How do I send my design?
After placing your order with Customization selected, we’ll contact you by email. Simply reply with your text, logo or artwork.
Can I see my design before engraving?
Yes. We’ll send you a preview of your design for approval. Nothing will be engraved until you confirm it.
What can I customize?
You can personalize your Velko with a name, text, logo or your own artwork.
Can every design be engraved?
Not always. Some designs may need to be simplified or adjusted to achieve the best engraving result. We’ll let you know before proceeding.
Does customization take longer?
Yes. Customized orders require additional processing time for design preparation, communication and approval before engraving.
Can I return a customized Binder?
